• We offer FREE shipping on all orders above AED 100.
• Orders below AED 100 will be charged the standard shipping fee of AED 10 within the UAE.

• We will deliver all orders made before 2pm the next day. If an order is placed after 2pm, it will be delivered on the 3rd day after purchase.

Returns will be accepted within 7 days of receiving your order, as indicated by the tracking number. Please inform us via email before returning the item.

Returns are accepted for the following reasons:

• Received the wrong item
• Item arrived damaged (e.g., damaged packaging)
• Item had defects
• Shipper does not allow inspection of goods before payment

Conditions for Returns:

• The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safely wrapped, undamaged, and unworn.
• Items must be securely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, preferably the same box used to ship to you.

Refunds:

• Full Refund: Given for damaged items, missing parts, or incorrect items.
• Partial Refund: If the return is due to a change of mind, ordering the wrong item, or any reason not related to a fault on our part, the return shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
