Returns & refunds

Returns will be accepted within 7 days of receiving your order, as indicated by the tracking number. Please inform us via email before returning the item.

Returns are accepted for the following reasons:

Shipper does not allow inspection of goods before payment

Conditions for Returns:

The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safely wrapped, undamaged, and unworn.
Items must be securely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, preferably the same box used to ship to you.

Refunds:

Partial Refund: If the return is due to a change of mind, ordering the wrong item, or any reason not related to a fault on our part, the return shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
