Return / Refund Policy
At Fatio Store, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please take a moment to review our return and refund policy:
1. Time Frame:
Our refund and returns policy extends for a period of 7 days from the date of delivery. Beyond this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Return:
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition, including the original packaging.
3. Exemptions:
Certain items are exempt from being returned, such as perishable goods, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases. Additionally, gift cards, downloadable software products, and select health and personal care items are non-returnable. Also, for furniture, we accept returns only for manufacturing defects.

5. Proof of Purchase:
To complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please refrain from sending your purchase back to the manufacturer.
6. Returns from Customers Outside the UAE:
Please note that returns from customers outside the UAE may have different processing procedures.
7. Refunds Process:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a specified timeframe.
9. Orders Cancellation:
Orders cancelled before shipment will receive a full refund. If an order is cancelled after shipment, a deduction of AED 30 will be applied to cover shipping charges.
10. Late or Missing Refunds:
If you encounter delays or have not received your refund, please check your bank account, contact your credit card company, and then your bank. If issues persist, reach out to us at info@fatio.ae.
11. Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, please email us at info@fatio.ae and send the item to our warehouse.
12. Furniture Returns:
a) Stock items can be returned within 3 days of delivery, provided notification is received within 24 hours of receipt. The product must be in new, unused condition, with original packaging and tags attached. No marks or signs of wear and use should be evident.
b) Delivery and assembly costs are non-refundable.
c) Custom or personalized items are not eligible for returns or refunds unless they arrive damaged or defective.
d) In case of damaged or defective items, we will repair or replace them promptly. Claims for replacement must be made at the time of delivery.
e) Changes to orders are generally not possible once they enter the production process. We'll make our best efforts to assist you.
f) Failure to take delivery on the scheduled date incurs a maximum storage charge of AED 450/day.
g) If a return is initiated for reasons other than defects or damage, such as a change of mind, the customer may be responsible for covering the return shipping charges.
Warranty Exclusions:
a) Normal wear and tear are not covered.
b) Failure to follow instructions and guidelines for product application, installation, reconfiguration, or maintenance voids the warranty.
c) Damage due to abuse, misuse, accidents, alterations, or modifications is excluded.
d) Climate-related damage, including fading, color change, stretching, or shrinking, is not covered.
e) Special, incidental, or consequential damages, including personal injury, are not the company's liability.
f) Company's liability is limited to the purchase price of defective products. Any action must be brought within the warranty period from the date of sale.
