Shopping Information
1. Can I edit or cancel an order after it has been placed?
You can cancel an order before it has been shipped. If the order is shipped, you can return the item after you've received it.
If you do need to modify or cancel an order, please call us as quickly as possible at +971 58 575 3960.

2. How much is shipping and how long will it take?
Each order will be charged AED 10 for shipping. If you order over AED 100, you will receive FREE shipping. (Only in UAE)
Typically, orders placed before 1 PM, Monday through Saturday (excluding holidays) will be shipped on the same day. If you place an order after 12 PM on a Saturday, it will be processed on the following Monday.
3. How long will it take to get my package?
The delivery of all orders will take between 1-3 business days within UAE and 5-15 days anywhere in the GCC.
4. I’m having problems placing an order. What do I do?

Payment Information
1. What types of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including American Express, Visa, Discover and Mastercard. You can also pay cash on delivery with us.
If you choose tabby at checkout, the payment can be split into four interest-free installments
Order & Returns
1. What is your return policy?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. If you are not completely in love with it, you are welcome to return it to us within 7 days for an exchange or refund.
You may return all unused merchandise in its original packaging for exchange or full refund in UAE or partial refund (excluding shipping charges) for outside the UAE.
2. How does the return process work?
If you are not satisfied with the purchase, you can return it for a full refund in UAE and partial refund, excluding shipping charges for outside UAE.
Simply email info@fatio.ae and we will arrange pickup for your return. We will initiate a full refund to your account once the item is returned in good condition.
